The contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, contractors and immediate family members of Quiet Giant Records are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

To enter:

1. Locate the official Quiet Giant Duet Challenge video on the Quiet Giant Records TikTok account.
2. Use TikTok's Duet feature to create your own performance using the challenge video.
3. Sing, harmonize, play an instrument, reinterpret the song, or otherwise create your own performance using the featured song.
4. Publish the Duet from your TikTok account during the Contest Period.
5. Your entry must remain publicly viewable through the winner-selection period.

No purchase, payment or entry fee is required.

Limit one contest entry per person, unless Quiet Giant Records announces otherwise.

This is a skill-based contest. The winner will not be selected randomly.

Eligible entries will be evaluated by Quiet Giant Records based on:

• Performance
• Originality and creativity
• Interpretation of the song
• Overall artistic impact

Follower count, number of views, likes and other social-media statistics will not determine the winner.

The decisions of Quiet Giant Records are final.

One winner will receive:

$250 USD

The prize has an approximate retail value of $250.

The prize will be paid by a method mutually agreed upon by Quiet Giant Records and the winner.

The winner is responsible for any taxes or other obligations associated with receiving the prize.

The prize is nontransferable.

The winner will be selected after the Contest Period closes and is expected to be announced on or about TBD.

Quiet Giant Records will attempt to contact the potential winner through the winner's TikTok account or other contact information provided by the entrant.

The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to award the prize.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Quiet Giant Records may select another winner.

Entries must be the entrant's own performance and must not contain material that:

• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
• Contains unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene or defamatory material.
• Violates TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Falsely represents another person or performer.

Quiet Giant Records reserves the right to disqualify an entry that does not comply with these rules.

You continue to own your performance and your TikTok video.

By entering the contest, you give Quiet Giant Records a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to share, repost, display and promote your contest entry on Quiet Giant Records' websites and social-media accounts in connection with the contest, the featured song and the promotion of Quiet Giant Records.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your performance to Quiet Giant Records.

Any separate commercial use, recording agreement, licensing agreement or other professional arrangement would require a separate agreement between the entrant and Quiet Giant Records.

The underlying musical composition and/or recording used in the official challenge video remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Participation in this contest does not grant entrants ownership of the featured song or recording.

Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Quiet Giant Records may identify the winner by their name, TikTok username and winning entry in connection with announcing and promoting the results of the contest.

Quiet Giant Records reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the contest if fraud, technical problems, platform changes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the administration or integrity of the contest.

Quiet Giant Records also reserves the right to disqualify anyone who attempts to manipulate the contest, interfere with another entrant or violate these Official Rules.

This contest is sponsored and administered solely by Quiet Giant Records LLC.

TikTok does not sponsor, endorse, administer or have any association with this contest.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that TikTok is not responsible for the administration of the contest or the awarding of the prize.
